Rina's Story
Rina's Kubo was born out of love for food, family, and Filipino culture. Founded by Renalyn “Rina” Hudson, a proud Filipina from the Philippines island of Leyte currently living in Winter Haven, Florida. The idea sparked from simple frustration: traveling to enjoy a taste of home. Rina decided it was time to bring authentic Filipino cuisine closer to her community.
Rina's vision established Rina's Kubo, a local food stand and catering business dedicated to serving traditional Filipino dishes like Adobo Chicken, Adobo Pork, Pancit, and Lumpia. We’re proud to offer a unique taste & experience not commonly found in Polk County. Whether you're new to Filipino food or craving the familiar flavors of Filipino food, Rina invites you to discover and enjoy the warmth and richness of Filipino culture—one delicious plate at a time.
